Starting work in hospitality in 1997 and pursuing a career operating in some of the biggest international hotels resorts and cruise liners, Laurentiu came to Saffrons in 2012. He has a strong passion for food, wine and delivering good customer service and this shines through in Saffrons.

Laurentiu’s favourite dish is Lobster XEC XEC – butter poached lobster tail, crunchy lobster claw, Jersey stuffed squid with xec xec moilee sauce, which he describes as “Amazing”!

Rupinder Singh
Head Chef

Rupinder has more than 10 years experience in 5 Star establishments including the Oberoi Rajvilas Jaipur and Taj Residency Lucknow. Now, he is applying his culinary passion to developing menus to deliver a singular unique guest experience at Saffrons.

Rupinder obviously likes all dishes on his menus, but is particularly fond of the vegetarian offering. “Vegetables work very well with spices, enhancing the flavour of a healthy diet”.
